Over the course of 2 years, she took the program from inception to full-scale development with proved reserves of 429 BCFE. While at ConocoPhillips, she acted as the Petrophysicist for the Reservoir Characterization Team in their Williston Basin business unit. She led the investigation into the Three Forks Member which resulted in the addition of 308 MMBO proved reserves across core acreage.
